Natalie Lindsey is Vice President of Human Resources at TradeCard, Inc. She is responsible for global staffing including the establishment and staffing of international offices. Lindsey develops and oversees all HR practices, policies, and benefits and compensation programs. She has more than twenty years of human resource management and recruiting experience. Lindsey joined TradeCard at its inception in 1999. Prior to that she worked for KPMG's Financial Services Consulting group and American Management Systems.
