In October 2006, Computerworld recognized TradeCard for its innovation in the area of financial services, noting that TradeCard is ahead of the curve when it comes to integrating the financial and physical aspects of the supply chain. Computerworld applauded TradeCard as a "web-based system that supports a complete purchase order-to-payments cycle, including shipping documents, insurance, customs returns and warehouse receipts. The trade finance options include credit and payment insurance, factoring, and many banks services, which are facilitated by the visibility and predictable transaction times associated with electronic working."
In October 2006, Apparel magazine covered top gear bag designer OGIO's selection of TradeCard "to eliminate paper-based and manual financial processes, automate transactions and leverage online financial services to support growth." Apparel also noted that OGIO acquired TradeCard's SourceView suite for extensive visibility throughout the supply chain, event tracking functionality, and cost reduction.
