Chris Clinton Brings Extensive Channel Experience and Track Record to TradeCard's Collaborative Cloud Platform

NEW YORK, Aug. 5, 2010 - TradeCard, Inc., the supply network collaboration platform of choice for more than 5,000 retailers, brands, manufacturers and service providers, announced today that Chris Clinton has been appointed Senior Vice President of Global Channel Management to develop and grow its global channel program and drive new revenue from partnerships with resellers, alliance partners, systems integrators and software companies. Clinton brings 20 years of channel expertise to TradeCard where he will be responsible for delivering strategies that enable channel partners to leverage the value of TradeCard's "in the cloud" supply chain collaboration platform.

"Building a high-performance channel program is critical in continuing the rapid growth of our platform and it is a top priority for our senior management team and board of directors," said Kurt Cavano, CEO of TradeCard, Inc. "Chris brings to TradeCard a vast wealth of experience and insight, along with a high profile in the channel segment, that provide a foundation and springboard into new partnerships, geographies, industries and revenue."

Clinton joins TradeCard from SAP where he served as global vice president of multi-channel programs and marketing. He was named to the Everything Channel list of 2010 Software Channel Chiefs. Prior to SAP, Clinton held senior channel and business development roles at EMC Corporation and Citrix Systems.

"TradeCard has been delivering cloud technology for the supply chain for more than ten years and its platform and network of services offer a major opportunity for channel partners," said Clinton. "Solution providers are always searching for that next big thing to stay ahead of the competition. Until now, the TradeCard Platform has been a best-kept secret. Its collaborative platform and network of 5,000 customers in 60 countries offer significant value and opportunity to partner organizations. The combination of a cloud model and extensive supply chain services will be a competitive advantage for channel partners."

The channel program will drive business growth through vertical expansion and strategic partnerships by delivering TradeCard's industry-agnostic platform to new industries and geographies.
