"It's not just about software anymore. Companies that have made software investments in recent years have become so accustomed to vendors selling and walking away that they're pleasantly surprised by our business model of total support of global trade," said Kurt Cavano, CEO of TradeCard. "Our success and rapid growth is due to the fact that we are broader and more thorough than software solutions. The level of satisfaction and return on investment indicated by our customers in this survey is attributable to our combining: 1.) an extensive support team in 40 countries and 32 languages to ensure clients' vendors are running; 2.) innovative financial services that improve margins and cash flow; 3.) a hosted trade platform. For the second straight year, our customers have spoken loud and clear in the Apparel software scorecard."
